By using spreadsheet.ink refered to as Smart Spreadsheets or Meal Planner, Google Sheets add-on, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

spreadsheet.ink provides AI-powered tools within Google Sheets for meal planning and recipe management. The service operates through Google Apps Script, which makes API calls to our proxy application to process AI requests. All processing is done in real-time without data storage.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any data you input or generate using our service. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.

4. Intellectual Property

The spreadsheet.ink service, including all associated features, functionality, and AI algorithms, is our exclusive property. You retain all rights to the content you create using our service.

5. No Data Collection

While our service processes requests through a proxy application to interact with AI services, we do not store any data. All processing is temporary and real-time, with data passing through our systems only to facilitate AI responses. Your spreadsheet data remains within your Google account.

6. Limitation of Liability

spreadsheet.ink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any damages that result from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
