Installing the Add-on

  1. Go to the Google Workspace Marketplace.
  2. Search for 'spreadsheet.ink Meal Planner'.
  3. Click on the app to open its details page.
  4. Click the 'Install' button and follow the prompts to give necessary permissions.
  5. Once installed, open Google Sheets and create a new spreadsheet or open an existing one.
  6. Click on 'Extensions' in the top menu, then 'Add-ons' > 'spreadsheet.ink Meal Planner' > 'Start'.

Using the Meal Planner

  1. In your spreadsheet, you'll see a new sidebar with the Meal Planner options.
  2. Enter your preferences, dietary restrictions, and other details as prompted.
  3. Click 'Generate Meal Plan' to create your personalized plan.
  4. The add-on will populate your spreadsheet with the meal plan, recipes, and shopping list.
  5. You can edit, customize, and share your meal plan as needed.
